In this blog I am sharing some information that I seriously wish I had known all of these when I got married, so you’re welcome in advance đ
Preserving Your Wedding Flowers
Did you know you can preserve your wedding flowers? Companies like Blossom and Rhyme will preserve your wedding florals in resin so you can enjoy them forever!
Creating Online Galleries and Slideshows
I create online galleries and slideshows for my couples to enjoy after their wedding. These can be easily shared with friends and family and downloaded to enjoy for years to come.
Wedding Dress Preservation
You can send your dress back to your bridal shop, like Always Elegant Bridal, and they will have it cleaned and preserved in an airtight container. This keeps your dress visible but safe throughout the years.
Printing, Framing, and Albums
I believe that photos arenât meant to live just on phone lock screens. Yes, printing your photos is an obvious way to enjoy them, but I have to emphasize it because so many people say they will do this but never get around to it! Take it from me: I’m approaching my 5-year anniversary and I just made and ordered a wedding album. I canât wait for it to arrive! It took seeing my 6-month-old son expressing so much joy and excitement when he saw a photo of me and Nate to finally prompt me to put up lots of prints on my wall.
If you have worked with me in the past and would like to have a wedding album designed, shoot me an email and let’s talk about it!
Custom Illustrations
Have an artist draw or design something important to you from your wedding day! It could be your flowers, your venue, or a portrait of the two of you. This is such a fun way to look back and enjoy your memories.
Whether you’ve been married for years or are still counting down the days until your big day, I hope this was helpful! I send information like this (& more!!!) out to my email list every single week!! Want to make sure you donât miss that AND as a thank you receive my FREE wedding planning checklist?
