BACKBLAZE

Backblaze is the most affordable tool I use, but it's honestly the most valuable as well. I pay for the 2-year plan, which comes to $5.40 per month, to backup everything on my hard drives in real-time. This has saved me when Lightroom catalogs corrupt or hard drives malfunction. I can't recommend it enough. I wish I used this immediately when I was starting out. It would have saved me hundreds of hours of work, tears, and frustration.

IMAGEN

I love using Imagen in my editing workflow. For $0.5 per photo, they edit an entire wedding gallery for me in under an hour. In addition, the software is constantly learning my editing approach and style. This is something that increased my editing workflow by about 70%. I go through all the images once more and make sure everything is perfect before exporting. it.
