Working at The Barn at Pheasant Trail Ranch is always a delight for me; it holds a special place among my favorite venues. Each time I am there, I am captivated by the unique touches that couples bring to make it truly their own. Rachael & Eric’s wedding was no exception!

Their wedding design was a vision of timeless elegance, featuring soft white blooms, creams, neutrals, and touches of blacks. As the white barn stood majestically against the backdrop of lush green walnut tree orchards, an enchanting and welcoming atmosphere enveloped the celebration.

An element that caught my eye was The Tapsters beer cart, an inspired addition that exuded charm. The couple’s bar menu, boasting signature drinks carefully curated to their taste, was an absolute hit among their guests. And let’s not forget their adorable golden doodle, Niner, who had his own signature drink – the classic old-fashioned, adding a touch of canine cuteness to the festivities.

With a sizeable wedding party in tow, the focus on their wedding party portraits was lively, candid, and brimming with pure joy. The bond shared among the couple and their closest friends was evident in every frame, making those moments a treasure to capture.

They continued the joy and celebration to the ceremony exit with biodegradable confetti, which made for such a fun and exciting recession!

Another standout moment was the groom’s outfit change, donning a white dinner coat for a second look that oozed sophistication and refinement. Rachael & Eric took the concept of elegant and sophisticated country to an entirely new level.

I saved the best for last; there was yet another exceptionally thoughtful detail that captured everyone’s hearts. Each guest received a personalized letter from the couple, carefully folded into the napkin place setting. The immense care and effort invested in this gesture left me in awe, reflecting the depth of love they had for their guests.
