As a wedding photographer, I have now collected about 20 different ring boxes in my styling kit. They are all different colors, made of different fabrics and have different numbers of spots for rings. I like to bring these with me on wedding days to ensure I have what I would need for those Pinterest-worthy detail photos!
Occasionally though, a couple will give me a special purchased ring box in coordinating colors for their flat lay wedding photos. I love when that happens, but sometimes a bride will give me a box that has three spots for ring but her ring set is only two (an engagement ring & wedding band). I don’t like adding the grooms ring in that stack because one that’s not how it’s worn and I’ve also found that it looks better when the other band has its own moment in its own box.
So, all of that being said. Here’s the moral of the story… Buy the box that fits your specific ring set!
I send helpful information like this (& more!!!) out to my email list every single week!! Want to make sure you don’t miss that AND as a thank you receive my FREE wedding planning checklist?
