Montara Beach in Half Moon Bay has always held a special place in my heart, and capturing Annie + Ben’s engagement session there was nothing short of magical. This sweet couple, accompanied by their adorable German Shepherd, perfectly complemented the serene beach setting with their neutral-colored outfits, blending seamlessly with the natural beauty around them.
This session was scheduled for November and I love how Annie and Ben’s attire was a testament to their impeccable style and attention to detail. They dressed appropriately for the season, choosing outfits that not only looked great but also fit the crisp, autumnal vibe of the beach. The neutral tones they wore enhanced the stunning backdrop, allowing their love and connection to truly shine through in every shot.
Being just one week postpartum, I made the decision to hire my talented associate to photograph this special session. She did a wonderful job capturing the essence of Annie and Ben’s love and it was such a joy for me to edit these beautiful images. Every photo radiated warmth, love, and the undeniable bond between this sweet couple and their beloved dog.
As I look through these images, my excitement for Annie and Ben’s upcoming wedding at Viansa in Sonoma grows even more. Working with Mary and the Curated by Grace and White team in the fall promises to be an incredible experience, and I can’t wait to see how their special day unfolds.
