Considering carving out time on your wedding day timeline for golden hour photos? It’s a MUST, and I’ll tell you why. Golden hour is the first hour after sunrise and the hour before sunset. The sky is filled with pink and orange hues. The warm glowy light is incredibly flattering on the skin and in-camera. Plus, you can’t go wrong on the time of year because every season has beautiful evening skies.

I also highly recommend doing a sunset session on your wedding day because this 10-15 minute window gives newlyweds a moment to soak it in and be. These always become favorites of the bride and groom. Still not convinced? Look at how much fun these couples are having on their wedding day!
