Jacob and Serena are seriously — freakin’ hilarious and gorgeous together. I was basically cry-laughing behind the camera the whole time. They both have quick-dry humor, are incredibly playful and are so smitten with each other (as if you can’t tell by the photos!!!) some serious #couplesgoals are going on here. Like a western horse, rancher babe meets hunky mechanic – welder. Picture perfect – for real!
The vision for this engagement session was 70’s drive-in with a romantic & vintage feel. Jacob is a car enthusiast with love for his fiancé Serena & his 1972 Nissan Datsun. Serena runs a horse ranch called Rock’n’oak ranch. The property has old backroads that lead to the historic hotel, Richardson Springs. This grand hotel has art-deco embellishments throughout. It was once an exclusive resort where movie stars roamed, children swam and hikers picked wildflowers. This was the perfect location for these kickback adventures. I’m just loving the raw emotion and pure joy in these photos. It makes me so grateful that photographing couples is my job. Ah, pinch me!!! Hope you love them!
